If you cancel your trip up to 7 days before your departure, you can transfer your payment to another available date or receive a full refund. All trips canceled within 7 days of the start date can be refunded at 50%. Any trips in progress cannot be refunded.

If you prefer the freedom to explore the city at your own will and in intimate settings, you will enjoy a Travel Neutral trip. The trips require a moderate amount of autonomy, meaning you can make your way from the hotel to the train station via public transport, for example.

You won’t have a daily tour guide shuffling you along the streets of your destination, but you will have our customer service team on standby in case any problems should arise.

Depending on the size of your party, there may be instances where other travelers exceptionally take part in your eco-friendly excursion or low-carbon dinner party. But these small group sizes never exceed more than 10 people.

Inclusions: Roundtrip airport transportation to and from your hotel, comfortable accommodations at a sustainably certified hotel, daily fair-trade breakfast, an unlimited public transportation card, a welcome tour, a dinner party, and eco-friendly excursion, carbon offset credits. 

In addition, we are happy to help with some additional bookings such as reservations at restaurants, museums, shows, etc. Plus, we can create a personalized itinerary based on your interests.

Exclusions: Airfare, most meals (excluding breakfast and 1 dinner), visa, local tourists tax, gratuities, travel insurance. 

Air fair is not included. Travelers must arrange their own means of transportation to arrive in their destination for the start of their trip. This is typically by air or train travel, depending on your location.

There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of any ticket, tour, trip or product represented on the website. We consider adequate and appropriate travel insurance to be a prerequisite to booking.
